A1 : Different types of water purifier provide different effects. For most of people, the most important functions of water purifier is to eliminate toxic chemicals, harmful metals and illness-causing germs in the water. You can choose a suitable water purifier according to the family population, usage habits, and water quality in different regions. Please contact us for further information.

A2 : The water purifier includes various filters and different filters play different roles. They can clean the microorganisms and bacteria, as well as harmful agents, dirt or unwanted substances in the water.

A3 : All the filter cartridges should be changed regularly to ensure the water filtered. The timing of  changing the cartridges depends on the combination of the water filter and the water quality of the region. It can be adjusted to meet the local water conditions. It is recommended to replace cartridge immediately while the water quality get worse and outflow become smaller.

A4 : All carbon-based filters need to be flushed to remove any excess carbon fines that are inside the cartridges. New cartridges are filled with air while flushing can remove the air inside the cartridges and replace it with water. The flushing time is written on the label of each cartridge. This process will allow carbon-based cartridge to function at optimum levels without affecting any equipment.

A5 : Tap water undergo some treatments before it distributed to each household. However, the water may be contaminated through the pipes and the water storage equipments. Therefore, it is suggested to drink filtered water.

A6 : Water quality can be judged by visual skimpily and taste even you do not have equipment at home. You can check the after leavingthe water for a few minutes. Check the sediment, the odor, and color of the water. Moreover, change the cartridge regularily is a must to ensure the water quality.

A7 : If you are going out for more than 3 days, it is suggested to turn off the inlet switch of water purifier. Then, turn on the faucet for about 2~3 minutes to avoid contaminated water at the front of the faucet after you return home.

A8 : Most water purifiers do not raise their water pressure by an electronic product.  Thus the water outlet flow depends on the water pressure of your home. If the inlet water pressure is less than 1.5 kg/cm2, it is recommended to install a pump to the water tank outlet to increase the water pressure.

A9 : If the inlet water pressure is greater than 3 Kg/cm2, it is recommend to install pressure reducing valve to avoid purifier damage risks.

A10 : The water purifiers of Victor Chain do not produce waste water. The amount of water flow in the purifier equals to the amount of filtered water.
